Win a two-night weekend stay at ‘exceptional’ York city centre apartment

Gro Residential Management is delighted to be offering the chance to win a two-night weekend stay in the historic city of York.

The winner of our Facebook competition will enjoy a stay in one of two apartments given an ‘exceptional’ rating by guests, and which are amongst the most popular choices in the city on reservations website Booking.com.

The competition, which has been made possible thanks to the support of a leaseholder in a residential complex managed by our team, has been launched to celebrate the continued growth of our residential lettings and management services – and further raise profile of our work.

It has seen our teams selected to manage a number of new leasehold residential properties in recent months across East and North Yorkshire – including our first in York.

It also comes as the number of landlords turning to our teams to manage the lettings of high-quality properties, and develop property portfolios across Hull and the East Riding, continues to rise.

Apartments are close to York’s attractions, bars and restaurants

Described as ‘stunning’ and a ‘home from home’ in recent reviews, the apartments are situated in the centre of York, offering an ideal location for visiting many of the city’s popular attractions and landmarks, from The Shambles and the Castlegate Museum to York Minster.

Just a 15 minute walk from York Railway Station and based in a Grade II listed building which has been converted, they contain a double bedroom, quality furniture, an elegant French bed with handmade mattress and Egyptian cotton bedding, a modern bathroom and a flat-screen TV.

They also boast well-equipped kitchens – although the competition winners may well choose to visit the many nearby delicatessens and popular restaurants which are all within a short walking distance

Elise Kingston, marketing manager at Gro Residential Management, says the competition comes on the back of a recent rebrand of the residential business and a launch of a new Facebook page on which properties available for rent are promoted, and the competition is being held.

“We’ve enjoyed a great period across all aspects of our residential lettings and management business over the past 18 months and now we want to shout about our work and raise awareness of our increasing portfolio of properties and our expertise,” she said.

“Not only do we have an increasing number of homes, apartments and studios available to rent in Hull and the East Riding but we have an increasing number of landlords turning to us for support in managing, developing and getting the best from their investments and portfolios.

“We have also grown into North Yorkshire with our management of leasehold residential property complexes, where we play a key role for both leasehold residents and the overall complex owners in more than 100 developments by ensuring they are well maintained and managed.

“These fabulous properties in York are a great example of the type of complexes we can manage. York is obviously a fantastic destination to offer as a prize. We expect a lot of entries and are confident the winners will have a great time in the apartment they stay in.”

HOW THE WINNER WILL BE SELECTED

The winner will be selected at random from people who like the Gro Residential Management Facebook Page and who have also liked and shared the ‘WIN A TWO NIGHT STAY IN YORK’ post.
The decision by Gro Residential Management is final.
The winner will be confirmed and announced on the Gro Residential Management Facebook page on Thursday, August 8, 2019.
The winner will then be contacted and able to claim a two night weekend stay (Friday and Saturday night).
Dates will be subject to availability and only available on dates not already booked.
Once booked the dates of stay will not be able to be changed. 

FURTHER DETAILS
When an available date is agreed the stay will be booked with Coppergate Apartments under the winner’s name.
Terms and conditions relating to the stay, including agreed arrival and departure times, are set by the property owners. Contact details will be provided
The property is no-smoking and does not accommodate pets.
