We’re looking for a Property Manager to join our dynamic team of property experts.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing and managing residential properties on behalf of property owners and portfolio management companies. You’ll ensure the properties run efficiently through effective maintenance and repairs, lease negotiations, budget management, compliance & regulations updates, while keeping an eye on market trends. You’ll build strong tenant & contractor relationships.
