For emergency call outs, please call 01482 566057. If your call is out of office hours, you will be directed to our out of hours service. Please note, the below situations are what we would class as an emergency:
- No Hot Water & Heating.
- No power to the property or loss of power to a whole room.
- Burst Pipes.
- Severe weather damage to a roof or property which makes the property inhabitable.
- Water pouring through a roof.
- A gas leak – in this instance please call 0800 111 999 which is the national emergency gas line.
- If your key does not work in your front door or the lock fails, and you can’t get in or out (this does not include lost keys or if you have locked yourself out).
- If you have lost your keys or locked yourself out of the property, please note you will be charged for this and will need to pay the contractor on site directly.
