The apartment is located on the second floor of
the iconic Rowntree Wharf building (a former
flour mill) and is situated just a short walk from
the city centre.
The Building
The building has key fob entry and video door
entry monitored from the apartment. Two lifts
operate from the ground floor reception area to
all upper floors. A drying room is provided on
the third floor of the building, together with a
refuse store. Bicycle and recycling stores are
provided externally.

If you are interested in applying for the property, an application form can be requested when in attendance of the viewing.
Once the application has been completed and the required documentation (proof of identification, proof of income and proof of residence) has been returned to Gro Residential, we will require a holding deposit (equivalent to one week’s rent) to allow us to conduct the relevant application checks and referencing.
Our application checks include: Right to Rent, Employment, Previous Landlord, Credit and Guarantor Checks (if applicable).
If your application is successful, to move in, you are required to pay the first month’s rent (your holding deposit can be offset against this) and a security deposit, usually the equivalent of 5 week’s advertised rent.
Payment will be taken upon signing the tenancy agreement, and at this point we will hand over the keys.
